Founded in 1867, Montgomery Bell Academy is one of the oldest and most respected independent schools in the South. PMG is the audio partner behind the systems that carry the school's day-to-day operations — from morning announcements to Friday night football.
Our ongoing service relationship spans the entire MBA campus. On the academic and community side, that includes audio service for Davis Hall theater, the Frank Burkholder Wellness Center, the Dead Poets Room, and Lowry Dining Hall. On the athletics side, it covers all major outdoor venues, including Tommy Owen Stadium, the soccer pitch, and Bennett Forehand Field. When something in the signal chain needs attention anywhere on campus, we're the team the school calls.

Tommy Owen Stadium Sound System
Completed June 2021
A full replacement of the sound system at MBA's football stadium, designed for the full range of game-day production needs — music playback, announcer mic, player walk-up songs, pre-recorded sponsor spots, and intelligible pass-through for public address. The system was tuned for the stadium's specific geometry and seating layout, delivering consistent coverage from the home stands through the visitors' side.
Bennett-Forehand Stadium Sound System
Completed June 2023
A new sound system for MBA's baseball field, built around One Systems speakers selected for their durability in outdoor athletic environments and engineered to deliver consistent coverage across the stands and field of play. PMG installed the full head-end alongside the speakers, supporting both pre-game and in-game music playback as well as clear, intelligible announcements throughout each game.
