MUSIC CITY CENTER
Nashville, TN
2014 - Ongoing
Music City Center is Nashville's convention anchor — nearly 1.2 million square feet, hosting everything from medical conferences to presidential-level events. We're the AV partner behind the audio systems that keep the building running, and the technology in the rooms where its clients do business.
Past Projects
Boardroom Modernization
Completed February 2026
A full modernization of all nine boardrooms at Music City Center, including both internal meeting spaces and the client-rented boardrooms used by conference guests. Each room runs on Q-SYS with both wired and wireless user control. System scope varies by room but includes display control, cable TV, wireless presentation, ceiling-mounted speakers and microphones, integrated window shade and lighting control, and Zoom, Teams, and BYOD video conferencing.
The goal was to create rooms with an intuitive design for everyone who walks in — whether it's an internal MCC employee or a visiting conference client.
Building-Wide Audio System Replacement
Completed August 2025
Music City Center's original audio system had been in place since the building opened. We replaced it end-to-end — new DSP cores, amplifiers, network audio infrastructure, and managed switches — across every space from Meeting Room 101 to the Karl F. Dean Grand Ballroom. Every room received a custom touchscreen control interface, with additional iPad-based mobile UCIs so staff can make adjustments from anywhere in the building.
The replacement was executed over roughly a year, with the Center in continuous active use. Not a single event was disrupted. We built the schedule around theirs.
